Green Valley Redux

Today was a relaxing day at the Green Valley Resort to take a walk, do laundry, relax in the pool, enjoy a happy hour social function at the clubhouse and play Euchre with friends.  

Some of the park residents get quite creative with landscaping their small section of real estate such as the waterfall and the cowboy below.

The landscaping in front of the clubhouse is quite attractive.

Happy hour was quite unique.  We each brought our favorite beverage and an appetizer to share (potluck) and then sat at a long table with everyone sitting around the table.  We then proceeded to help ourselves to the appetizer in front of us and then push it to the left.  We lost count the number of times each dish went around the table!

Carl and Dorothy, good friends from Michigan (below) joined us after happy hour for a fierce Euchre match.  Great fun!  Carl and Dorothy have been visiting Green Valley Resort for 19 years.
